Eligibility Information
You’re eligible for the JTS Benefits Program if you’re a full-time employee scheduled to work at least 30 hours a week and you’ve completed JTS’s new hire waiting period. You can also enroll your spouse or domestic partner, dependent children (per the carrier’s age rules), and any unmarried children who are physically or mentally incapable of self-support.
Enrollment Information
Open Enrollment runs once a year in September for an October 1 effective date — for 2026, elections must be submitted by September 13, 2026. During this window you can keep, drop, or change your coverage and add or remove dependents without a qualifying event. Enroll through your Employee HR Homepage; every employee must complete the process, even if declining all coverage. Elections stay in effect through September 30, 2027.
